"Lovely ground floor (and basement) apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Great location. Easy walk to most major attractions. Many cafés, bakeries, etc. right around the corner. Clean, easy, effective communications. Of note, like many Parisian dwellings, this does not have air conditioning so it can get warm in the summer. (The owner supplied plenty of fans.) Really cool (and beautiful) to walk out in the morning and see the Eiffel Tower framed down the street."

"Olivier's place gave us quick and easy access to the main tourist attractions in Paris. It was a 10-15min walk to the Arc, 15-20min walk to the Eiffel tower, 2 min walk to the metro 6(goes right to the Catacombs), 2 min walk to a place with many app bike rentals, and maybe a 45-60min walk to the Louvre. "This place is ideal for two. You can’t beat the location! I knew it was close to the Eiffel Tower, but had no idea you could see it just up the street! Grocery store, metro, fantastic restaurants, flower shops, anything and everything you need. Gary is super responsive and accommodated a later check out by allowing us to keep our luggage in his place. We were super happy with our stay in Paris, and will return to this same place on our next visit. "

"This apartment was the best as was its host and owner! The location within a block of the Arc de Triumpe was incredible, especially on New Year’s Eve with all the fireworks. The apartment is spacious and has all the essentials and then some. It is easy to go anywhere in Paris from this location. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. The host was a great help in settling in and providing area information. Truly a great stay!"

"This apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in Paris! We had never been & it was in a great location to make getting around the city & seeing the sights so easy. Oliver was responsive & organized & the apartment is exactly how it shows in the pictures. We would have really appreciated coffee - either a coffee machine or a French press! Also - only one working lift wasn't ideal!
