"After a long journey we were looking forward to getting into our property. Unfortunately first we needed to find they key which was attached to a gate quite a distance from the property. The instructions were unclear, so after 30 mins of walking to all the possible places, we rang Chicaparts. A grumpy person just repeated the same instructions to us over and over. "This apartment was the best as was its host and owner! The location within a block of the Arc de Triumpe was incredible, especially on New Year’s Eve with all the fireworks. The apartment is spacious and has all the essentials and then some. It is easy to go anywhere in Paris from this location. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. The host was a great help in settling in and providing area information. Truly a great stay!"

"For the most part we loved this property. It was in a charming neighborhood and literally a 10min walk to the Eiffel Tower. The view from the window did not disappoint but I could not understand the configuration of the furniture. If they switched it around you could sit comfortably on the couch with a glass of champagne and see the Eiffel Tower sparkle every hour.
