"Beautiful renovations have been done to the area adjacent to the main building. The outdoor seating is welcoming and comfortable. I wish the hanging nest chairs were able to be positioned to face 360° instead of having to view the storage crate and unkept part of the parking lot. Other than that, it’s a time capsule and I mean that in the best way possible. The perfect alternative to stuffy modern hotels they lack originality, character, or charm. This place has it all."

"Love staying here. I have stayed here several times because being able to wake up and look out across a lake is just beautiful. It’s instant relaxation. The hotel is reasonably clean. I could tell that no one had stayed in my room for awhile but I was there in the off season. My only complaint is that I had to keep returning to the front desk because my key card would stop working. Once, twice, okay. After the third time I was not pleased and the fourth time was absolutely ridiculous. Please fix...

"My adult children and I spent the night on short notice as we were moving. The service was friendly amd the room was clean and stocked. There were a few minor damaged areas, but they did not affect the functionality of the room. The beds were comfortable and a microwave and minifridge were available. The price was right. I would stay again."
