"My family stayed at this charming house. Everything in the house was so nice. It’s actually a row house, so there was plenty of room. The host was a delight and welcomed us with drinks and delicious homemade bread and food. We felt quite at home and comfortable in this lovely place. "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Campi di Sotto! Sara et Simone sont des hôtes charmants et attentionnés. Le contact est facile et très agréable ! L'arrivée au gîte se fait de manière simple et Sara donne tous les détails utiles. Le gîte correspond à la description et aux photos... mais en mieux ! Difficile de ne pas tomber sous le charme de cette magnifique bâtisse et de ses extérieurs tellement magnifique. Et que dire de la piscine ! Bref notre semaine en Ombrie fut magique....

"No breakfast or drink water avaiable upon arrival, i suggest to procure them before. No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. "

"Belpoggio was a gorgeous villa with a stunning view. It was clean, easy to get to town, the store and for vendors to find. The host, Federico, was super friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, the pool was clean and a beautiful blue, and I can’t wait to stay again! Highly recommend!"

"Die Unterkunft war angenehm ruhig. Die Managerin war sehr nett, sprach aber nur italienisch, sodass die Kommunikation leider nur begrenzt ablief. Sehr schöne Pool-Anlage. Tolle Städte, tolle Landschaft. Einziges Manko: die Zufahrtsstraße ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. "

"The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return."

"Assisi is within walking distance (less then 20 minutes), which it makes the perfect location to visit this beautiful and well-restored town of San Francisco and Santa Chiara. The garden with its nice flowers and figs, tomatoes and olive trees create a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. The house is spit in two apartments. We rented the lower apartment, which was very nicely restored with an eye for detail. We didn’t hear much of our neighbours from upstairs. We’ve shared the garden easily."
