"Fantastic place to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape and the great wine you can find nearby. I loved the staff, the swimming pool, and the breakfast. The area around the Hotel is very nice, though if you want to spend time visiting landmarks you are going to need a car. The gym/fitness centre is very small and it could be seriously improved. "

"This hotel looks like it should be condemned. The restaurant is boarded closed, pool area closed and one old guy at the desk. In a very poor shambles area. Do not recommend. "

"Unique experience staying in an 800 year old castle for the night. Immaculately maintained, helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful room, and very good breakfast with ample options. Very highly recommended. "

"Villa Eleanora is in quite a lovely location convenient to many sites in Umbria. The facilities were very well taken care of and clean. The outdoor terrace and pool areas were really lovely. The inside could use a little updating especially the kitchen area. Also more lighting would help. All in all quite a nice experience. "

"We had a great stay at Massimo place. The grounds and pool were great! The views were to die for, and we had a different sun set every night! Thanks for the great stay Massimo! Will definitely back if in the area."

A beautiful place to stay at the top of Perugia

"We stayed at the hotel for three nights in January. The hotel is beautiful, warm and comfortable. The service was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent, especially the pastries. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed using it and the sauna. We look forward to some day returning to the Sina Brufani. "

Great place to stay and exceeded expectations

"This is a clean and modern hotel. Unlike many Best Westerns in the US, this had the level of class and quality of a Marriot or Hilton. The service was excellent, the staff nearly all spoke English, and the breakfast was delicious. The covered parking is a bonus. "
