"The house is ideal for a couple or family with up to 3 children. It is off the beaten track but that is its charm. The views are senational and the house lacks for nothing for self catering. The local town Spello is only 10 minutes drive away and is charming with excellent restaurants, interesting shops and and sights. "The combined house was very spacious and comfortable. The host was very nice and so was his dog. The accommodation needed some maintenance though. The sink was a bit clogged up, nothing was really clean and some of the appliances needed to be renewed. We chose this accommodation partly because of the child friendliness with a playground and because of the possibility to dine at its restaurant.
