"Hotel was very convenient for our purposes in ideal location, out side of hotel looking very tired, in need of a good refurb, in side better than expected. We booked a superior room with sea view , nice room, however the people staying in the room directly above us couldn’t keep still walking about at all hours of the night the problem was all the floor boards were extremely squeaky and kept waking us up!! One other point was that the toilet pan was squeezed into a 2 foot space between shower...

"Nice friendly staff, found strands of hair in the shower which was easily discarded. Breakfast was satisfying. Easy access to spa area and town the town centre was a stone throw away. "

"Rooms lovely, receptionist very professional stayed here numerous times. But food was a big let down this time for dinner, was overcooked, luke warm, none of us enjoyed it this time but the breakfast was amazing, lots of choice "

"Great stay, the staff made it very personal for our special trip with a surprise card and a lovely pair of towel swans and petals. The pool was great for the kids. Breakfast did not seem quite as plentiful as our last stay but still nice. Would come again, rooms are really big and great value for money for our family of four."

"comfortable, relaxing hotel. Robes and slippers in the room, which is great if you want to wander down to the spa, and/or chill out. The breakfast was lovely, a good selection and good quality. All staff from the reception,spa and breakfast were professional, friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well kept with nice seating areas to relax and enjoy the views. The spa is small, however they are up grading this and im sure it will be amazing once completed."
