"Great property! We did two days at Hershey Park in 95+, weather. This property gave us a great place to be cool in the evening, make breakfast, take showers and be a family of six. "It was wonderful to be able to walk to the wedding venue. The size of the property is great. Communication was very good with host. Nice to have the pub/German beer place right across the square. Parking was super easy. We think the decor could definitely use a refresh. Some footrests were ripped and paint needed touching up. Perhaps a refresh on the linens would be a good idea too. This house was perfect for a family of 4. 10-15 minutes from the park so we were able to go back to the house for a rest in the afternoon & go back to the park at night. Nice, quiet neighborhood. "Three ladies stayed while attending the Lancaster Quilt Show. Plenty of room to sew in the evening. On street parking was not a problem. You may want to add a curtain on the bathroom window or frost the window. Also wider curtains on the windows."

"Conveniently located near Hershey, this home offered everything that we needed for a 2 night stay. Having 3 kids ages 8, 11, and 13, we appreciated the modern amenities including multiple tvs, washer/dryer, dishwasher and garage. There were games to entertain and a small yard to run around in. "Black Diamond Retreat was a wonderful place for a family gathering. Both indoor and outdoor areas were spacious and gave everyone room to spread out and wander. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit every evening and playing corn hole and bocci outside as well. "This house was a perfect stay! We had multiple families with small children and there was plenty of room! Every space was so thoughtfully put together. Ample dishes and cups in the kitchen, pack n play with fresh linens, a high chair for the littles, so many extra towels, sound machines in the bedrooms.. the list goes on and on.
