"Staff was very accommodating as I was almost a whole hour early for check in. The pool was perfect for my visit. The grandchildren loved it..however I wish I knew the hot tub was out of service. Thus far its a beautiful hitel as the libby was decorated for the holiday. I will be returning 🤗 "

"This is not one of your regular hotel chains. The building is fairly new. I did see construction fixes/patches here and there, but honestly, the place felt clean and my room was great. The price was great as well. What made this great for me is that the help desk from evening and through the morning check out was the absolute best I've ever had. Every one of the employees were friendly, approachable and genuinely very helpful! Also, breakfast was fresh and stocked, also the 24 hour fresh ground/brew coffee machines are things you don't see very often in the larger chains. Little things like this that make it good for me. "
