All the comforts (5 people) to spend a relaxing, pleasant and comfortable holiday. But animals are no longer accepted.
Balcony and large terrace with mountain views easily accessible on foot.

Séjour août 2020 Agréable maison reposante et bien placée
Maison bien située pour de belles balades à pieds, mais aussi pour visiter la région. La distance est raisonnable pour aller sur Evian et pour profiter de bons moments au bord du lac Leman et pour se baigner eau environ 23 degrés. L ensemble de la maison est bien équipée. Au village animation et restaurants très bien.

The chalet is spacious and comfortable, with an outdoor terrace, large living/dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. It is ideally located in a small village with direct access to walking and hiking paths, and a short drive to Lake Geneva. I highly recommend!

Vacances au calme
Très bonne semaine en été, avec la météo au rendez-vous. Le calme est appréciable, les gens du village sont très accueillants. Jolie vue. La Présence de place de parking, du garage, de lave-linge, d'une terrasse fermée est appréciable. Grande pièce à vivre. Salle de bain un peu sombre. Point négatif, indépendant des propriétaires : les locataires précédents sont venus avec 3 gros chiens et sont restés longtemps, malgré le ménage soi-disant fait, beaucoup de poils et une odeur persistaient, ce qui nous a gêné ( moi étant allergique, et mes enfants de 2 ans ont eu des poils sur leurs jouets et jusque dans la bouche). Nous avons dû faire un gros ménage au début de notre séjour. Les propriétaires ont été à l'écoute de ce problème et nous ont offert les nuitées ainsi que l'électricité. Nous avons apprécié ce geste.

Très bon séjour, chalet à 5 min en voiture de la station de Bernex.
Chalet situé dans les hauteurs de Bernex, prévoir des pneus neiges voir des chaînes en fonction du temps en hiver. Le chalet est très joli, très bien équipé en matériel de cuisine : appareil à raclette, fondue, pleins d'ustensiles, etc... Petit poêle à bois permettant de réduire l'utilisation des chauffages électriques, mais le bois n'est pas fourni. L'électricité utilisée est à payer à la fin du séjour, à raison de 18cts du KWh, en plus des taxes de séjour. Nous en avons eu pour 118 euros (élec + taxes), pour une semaine avec des températures jusqu'à -15°C, même en ayant fait fonctionner le poêle à bois tous les soirs. Il y a une boulangerie en descendant sur Bernex et une supérette. Un Super U à 10-15 minutes à Vinzier. Pas mal d'animations pendant la pleine saison : patinoire, petit train qui vous dépose à la station, soirée de bienvenue avec dégustation de vin chaud et de fromage local, descente aux flambeaux par les moniteurs ESF, fondue géante... La station est petite et "familiale", c'est assez chaleureux malgré le flux de touristes. Globalement, le prix est honnête et le chalet est très bien.

Séjour très agréable, chalet avec une grande pièce de vie, idéale. Station familiale agréable, nous avons fait quelques randonnées. C'était parfait. Nous reviendrons.
