"The hotel is clean and comfy, situated at a location near just 15 mins walk from Wien HBF. We were really very impressed with the helpfulness of receptionist Syed. He took the time to answer to our many questions and even accommodated to some of our requests. He is the definition of warm Austrian hospitality. Breakfast was great too. A lot of good cheese. All in all, this hotel is a gem."

In my case, very quick help with the check-in process via WhatsApp (room and parking codes). The guest does not receive precise instructions for self check-in before arrival and cannot be sure whether he will have a reserved parking space.
