Lovely Shorefront Cabin with Dock, Beach & Great Views

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (41)
"What a great place to relax. The property abuts the shore--maybe a 60-second stroll down a grassy, gentle slope where adirondacks and the dock await. Or just hang out on the patio to watch from there. Warm during the day, cooling off at night, lobster by the beach -- just the perfect summer getaway. Thanks for the great stay and easy communication, Ben."

Aldernest Den - Mount Desert Island/Acadia -walk across the lawn down to shore

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (24)
"The cottage is somewhat tight quarters for 3 adult women. While it met our needs, the bathroom, especially the shower, is a bit small. The beds were all comfortable and there was sufficient closet space. We were very fortunate with great weather and so we spent very little time in the cottage. The living room is not really comfortable for lounging but that was not an issue for us. All points of interest were a reasonable drive — generally 10-40 minutes."

Waterfront Cabin with Private Dock and Cobblestone Beach

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (32)
"We had an absolutely beautiful week in the beach cottage. The setting is stellar, the cabin is adorable and we slept with the doors wide open, lulled to sleep by the gentle waves. We swam and fished off the dock, had cocktails at sunset and coffee in the Adirondack chairs as the sun came up. Just an idyllic week, we are already dreaming about coming back!"

House with Water View and Fireplace on Deck

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (35)
"To start with the owner is amazingly clear and up front about your stay on the property. He communicated very well and was very responsive to our questions. I can't thank Marty enough for that, really great. The property is in a secluded location with tons of privacy. This northern climate oasis is a incredible place to go to recharge our batteries and escape into nature. With wildlife right at your doorstep you are only moments away from all the things you would expect from staying on Mount...

Prud'homme Cottage: bright, private architectural cottage on Mitchell Cove

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (57)
"The property is exactly how it’s described. We did not have any problems with anything. I could tell that if we needed something it would be dealt with in a professional and timely matter! Would we rent this property again? Absolutely! For us it worked out just great! Wood stove is top of the line. The people that own this place are cool and know what’s important. Have no fear renting from them. Very chill place. Thanks!"

Harborside Cottage-overlooking Bass Harbor

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (9)
"This was our first trip to Maine and couldn't have picked a better location. The property was cozy, clean and roomy and had a wonderful view of the harbor. Serene and quiet, and loved to wake up to birds chirping. Lots of nearby Acadia trails and the downtown area has many nice stores and restaurants. The host was great and provided helpful tips. Highly recommend! e only went to Bar Harbor once assYou can"
