"The Reefs was absolutely fabulous. The staff was amazing in every way and the owner stopped to speak with us several times. They provided a seamless experience with a private beach, sports equipment, afternoon tea and helpful, friendly staff. Even going to Hamilton was easy as the number 7 bus stops right across the street. It was a pleasure to stay and a hardship to leave. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!"

"This hotel is just amazing. Loved the pool, the restaurant, the complementary ferry and shuttle to Coco Reef. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Great servers and pool staff. Our only issue was that we took the shuttle to Coco Reef late afternoon with a return time we were told of 4:10. The shuttle driver came at 4 and was annoyed and rude that we weren’t there…even though we told him that we were advised the return trip was 4:10!! Not a huge deal but so uncharacteristic of this wonderful hotel. "

"I traveled to Bermuda with my mom and sister. Our stay at the Hamilton Princess was exceptional. I booked a Fairmont Gold room, and did not fully understand all of the amenities that came with it. The service from the beginning of our stay until the end was impeccable. We felt like family members. A huge shout out to Rolly, Pascual, Peter and George. They went out of their way to make our stay so very memorable. The food was delicious, and the variety was a delight. The hotel and the grounds were beautiful. I highly recommend the Hamilton Princess and the Fairmont Gold package. You will not be disappointed!!!"
