In terms of location it's close to a bus stop (route 2 - goes to Hamilton where you can catch every other route) and it's walkable to the beach, although not totally straight forward especially after dark. We weren't able to hire a car as we were a party of 5 so we had to do a fair bit of walking to get to shop (10 min walk), beach etc. Not a problem for us but if you have an issue with that...

"This visit was quiet and just what we wanted for a relaxing holiday. Our little house was right across from a locals' favorite beach, John Smith's Bay. We could hear the ocean from inside the house! The bus stops were right across the street, or about 2 blocks away in Devil's Hole. We liked riding the bus and chatting with our neighbors at the bus stop. "Loved the house. The guest house. The location. All the beach toys they have. You could hit a golf ball into the ocean from the yard. You walk through a little park that has a big playground for little kids on that beach the most crowded it was were eight people Down to none. "We arrived during a rain storm, so did not realize how amazing the house is. Sue met us and showed us around. The views cannot be beat, we spent most of the time on the back patio enjoying the view. The kitchen is well Equipped for cooking. Jen was so helpful and our needs were addressed immediately. I will definitely be back. Bermuda is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. If I could give it 20 stars I would!"

"Owner was absolutely wonderful. Checked us in right away even thought we were a bit early. It was pouring rain and he upgraded our room to try and make up for the poor weather--super thoughtful and kind. A few hundred meters from the hotel is a restaurant called Clarabells. It has wonderful pizza. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others. "

"The moment you drive down the driveway and see the amazing ocean views from the house you know you’re staying somewhere special! We stayed in Studio By the Sea which was a lovely apartment with very comfortable bed and kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a meal. Our host Lorna makes you feel very welcome and was extremely responsive to our communications. She generously allowed us to park our two seater EV next to the apartment and charge for free. We would happily stay there again...

"This cottage is absolutely stunning! Just what we needed for a romantic getaway on the edge of the ocean. Completely private and had everything. So convenient to everything if you want to venture out, but we rarely did because there is no nead to leave. Owner was great and the entire process was very easy. "

A lovely hotel that lives up to it’s five stars.

"We selected this hotel based on previous reviews and on its location, which is close to Hamilton. We were not disappointed. It is an excellent hotel. It is small, intimate well maintained with very lovely and friendly service staff. We booked a mini suite and it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable and both myself and husband slept very well. The property has beautiful gardens and lovely porches to relax. It also has very comfortable areas to enjoy their complementary early evening wine hour. The front office staff a particularly a lovely young woman named Jade Gracious and incredibly helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will return."

"We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was top tier. We stayed in a 1bed 1-1/2 bath Suite. It was lovely! Had to take a point off because there were ants present in the bathroom and we had to take extra care to mitigate them. We did appreciate that there was ant spray in the unit to use. "
