"A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location."

"This home is the perfect place to stay to experience Stratford Upon Avon! It is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to everything. Judy offered all of the extra touches and treats that made us feel at home… including coffee, sugar, and milk in the refrigerator upon arrival. The area was safe and the parking was close to the home. We were able to walk to all of the historic sites. The garden patio was a delightful place to unwind before and after dinner. We highly recommend!"

"This was the perfect property for our holiday in the UK. The house was large enough for 3 adults and 2 kids, it was very clean and in excellent condition. "Really pleased with our overnight stay, had a free upgrade which was lovely, rooms were spotless and fresh looking. Kitchen area had everything you could need. Bathrooms spotless and great water pressure! All staff were very polite and welcoming and it had a good atmosphere. We rebooked parking and it was a very safe place to leave our car. Will definitely use Staycation again!"
