"Hate to leave a good review, might not be able to rent it again when I can back here. But since the hosts were outstanding I will. A lot larger inside than expected. Very home feel with a great view. Needed a couple of nights away and this was just the place. Close enough to town (awesome place to eat -Country Inn) yet far enough away to relax under a dark star filled sky. Do yourself a favor and enjoy almost heaven spot!"

"It was the perfect spot for a quick getaway from Northern VA. The property was private (except for the huge family of deer that like to visit in early evening) and the the cabin was clean, cozy, and had all the basics we needed. Location was perfect for hanging out in town or getting lost in the trees. Looking forward to booking again. "

"Location is convenient and directly beside BS Park. Older decor, but goes with the aesthetic of the area. Room (West end) was clean & spacious. Employees were congenial & informative. Wonderful coffee shops, unique stores, and a few eating establishments within walking distance. "

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed this lovely property as we explored the Berkley Springs area. From the moment we parked the car and stepped onto the porch, we were hooked! Opening the door to find such a beautiful space sealed the deal!. The hosts supplied everything we needed and more.Our grandson was thrilled with the boardgames which was an added bonus. Easiest 5-star rating to give, you’ll agree once you’ve visited."

"The cabin was nice, in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful view. The only downside was that the towns nearby were sleepers, with nothing to do and terrible restaurants, our biggest entertainment was going to the Farm Store to see baby chickens. The Inn in Berkeley was higher priced,and the food was awful. We ended up at the Food Lion, getting groceries and cooking our own meals. "
