"We were traveling internationally and booked this property weeks in advance. The reservation was confirmed by VBRO. When we contacted the owner for check in instructions 1 hour prior to check in, he said he hadn't checked his email and never got our reservation. We were left in a foreign country scrambling for a new reservation for our week-long holiday at 4pm the same day. The property owner seemed to take no responsibility for ruining our vacation. Wir machen gerne Urlaub in der Nähe von Großstädten, suchen aber immer eine ruhige Lage zum entspannen, trotzdem mit Anbindung an den ÖPNV.
