"This is a lovely home that is well kept and clean. Owners are very responsive. While this is new construction, this house has a lot of creeking and odd noises. Perhaps there is something unusual with the foundation or building quality. It was hard to sleep quality"

"Exactly as pictured! Charming comfortable place! Beds were very comfortable and the pillows also very comfortable. Loved the large kitchen with fridge with ice and water dispenser! Loved the firepit and seating! About 6 blocks from lake and huge park for kids!"

"This rental was perfect for our overnight. Location made it easy to walk to all the bars and restaurants in New Buffalo. The property is super clean! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Third Coast Vacations management team is amazing. Great communication, easy check in and check out process and they made sure we had everything we needed. We will for sure stay at this property again!"

"This was a 4 day getaway to relax. While there is no water view from the property, a short walk and some steps led us to the perfect semiprivate beach. There were umbrellas, chairs and 2 kayaks available to use. Despite it being mid September, the water was swimmable and the temps were high 80s. We brought our dogs with us and they loved swimming in the water. I can't speak to how busy it is during the peak summertime, but we had the entire stretch to ourselves. Loved that! "We enjoyed our stay - the place was super clean. We enjoyed all the extras - donuts etc. I wish that there would have been ice in the frig. and a mirror in the bedroom so more that one person can get ready for an outing at a time. Thanks for a great stay."

"Downsides are lack of transparency and disclosing fees, and a rather long chore chart that didn’t seem to justify those fees. Otherwise, it was very nice. Stairs are very steep, and that should be disclosed for people who might have trouble with them."
