"This was the perfect place for our girls weekend. The house is cozy and comfortable. The best part of this vacation home is the host. Communication with her is excellent, and she is so accommodating and kind. We loved how close to town we were yet still able to enjoy a relaxing and quiet neighborhood. We sat and watched 2 deer visit us each day. They seemed to be part of the neighborhood. We went to the beach and enjoyed the view of the water and then walked some trails at one of the nearby...

"It felt like home, but better! Charming area with lots to do. Marc had everything we needed & then some. It's the first time we didn't have to buy paper towels, toilet paper, cooking spray, seasonings, etc. The house was well stocked. He even had bicycles for us (& helmets) in the garage. We hiked, saw the sunset over Lake Michigan every night, shopped, walked the beach, explored nearby towns, enjoyed the parks, and ate way too much! It was just the right amount of activity while still relaxing....

"Our family of 15 (3 generations, age ranges from 6-64 years) stayed here for a long weekend. We had the best time and wished we could have stayed longer. The house has 4 levels, 3 balconies, a fire pit, and tons of areas to chill together or separate. The pool table and ping pong table were a big hit with the kids and grandparents! "Nice weekend stay within walking distance to downtown and a quick drive to the casino. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Front porch was enclosed, it was nice to sit and read while watching the traffic go by. Hot tub was nice and hot! We would go back. "

"The only bad thing here is that there are not 10 stars to rate this house! Excellent location, super clean, layout of the home is superb. Perfect for a family or two or a group of friends to stay here. Susan was very helpful with instructions for the spa/hot tub and information of local restaurants and places to see. "Main house is very nice. Guest house has a trundle. You could squeeze 3-4 in there and it has it's own 3/4 bath. Smells musty even with the AC on. Property is 1-1/2 blocks from beach but then 70 steep stairs or steep dune walk to shoreline. Not good if you have some orthopedic issues. Not sure about the boats. They may have been at the beach but the canoe is alongside the house. There are plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas/toys in the property shed and a wagon. There is no parking...

"Great stay with my three sisters for a quick get away to South Haven Michigan !! Plenty of room and kitchen was well supplied!! We didn’t find bikes but really didn’t find time for them !! Great neighborhood went for a nice easy walk to beach and around the area !! "
