The walk to town and the beach were about 15 minute walks which were just fine! The biggest disadvantage was the dogs next door barked well into the night 3 of our 4 nights. "

Nice gated community, big clean house with lots of room, and impeccable morning sun patio with a relaxing river view, great for bird watching. "Downsides are lack of transparency and disclosing fees, and a rather long chore chart that didn’t seem to justify those fees. Otherwise, it was very nice. Stairs are very steep, and that should be disclosed for people who might have trouble with them."
