"Property was lovely apart from the door not being able to lock which impacted my children's stay. Use of golf buggy was great and staff were really friendly. "

"The Lodge was lovely, Pauline the caretaker was very helpful and friendly, the only thing we would say is that it was like going through a maze to find it which proved a bit difficult initially but after a few tries we mastered it."

"Lovely clean room.The mattress is a little thin and can feel the springs so didn’t sleep too well. Within walking distance to shops and pier. "

Lovely Town Centre Hotel

"The Lookout is a great little hotel right in Rye. If its 5* you are looking for it is not, but lovely building in reasonable condition. Huge room with terrace that was nice. Very comfortable bed with lots of soft bed linen and pillows. Bathroom was a little dated but it all worked and lots of toiletries. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of food for all tastes and you can eat what you want, all freshly cooked. Continental food was fresh and tasty. No lunch or evening food so very quiet. Shame because nice bar and outside sitting area. Staff very helpful and nice. Overall a great stay. Thank you."
