"The accommodation is set in a lovely location & every member of staff was polite cheerful & helpful. Breakfast on our first morning was superb but sadly didn’t live up to the standard they’d set on the second morning which was disappointing but obviously a change of chef. Sadly our stay was impacted by noisey inconsiderate & uncouth neighbours but that’s outside the control of the hotel. "

"Great hotel in new romney perfect base to get around my room was perfect comfortable bed tea and coffee and a bottle of water waiting for me in my room lovely and warm specially with it being cold outside shower was great and the tv reception was amazing with everything you would want to watch tne pub was great also with a friendly atmosphere the breakfast was brilliant all cooked perfectly by pete the manager i will definitely be staying again so if anyone is looking to stay in the area then...

"We had a 2 night stay in the Four Poster Room. The room was lovely and spacious with the bathroom upstairs. All the staff we came across were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "We booked Mary's wonderful house for a weekend away in December for a catch up with old friends (12 of us in total). We had an amazing time and really recommend the house. It has lots of character from being an old pub called The Star and the rooms were really comfy with almost all of them having their own ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious for cooking even for 12 people and we loved the fireplace and piano in the main living room. We didn't get out much due to storms...
