"Every year we choose Mercure to stay few times. Unfortunately, our last time we didn't have a good experience. In our last day they didn't change the towels, didn't make the bed. We ask several times for service and nothing. We like the hotel, but they have to take more attention with the customers"

"Liked the roof top resturant, view and general cleanliness. Also liked the breakfast menu and general hospitality team Did not like the bath tubs- they are old and stained. Should change to shower cubicles as they are more hygenic and easier to keep clean. The linen and towels were a bit faded though."

"I notified the front desk that it was a bad idea to use a fragile plate to hold soap in the bathroom close to the sink edge where it could get wet slip off, fall to the floor and break into sharp pieces that almost cut my foot. I took a picture to show the front desk during check-out. After spending four days and having accident that could have been avoided their response was to charge me a100 multa for a 10 plate that should never have been in the bathroom. I will be sure not to stay there when...

"Única coisa que gostei desse hotel foi o serviço dos funcionários. Hotél descuidado. A porta do banheiro do meu quarto e a do meu amigo estavam podres embaixo. As toalhas e tapete do banheiro estavam encardidas. E o “cobertor” foi uma manta bem fina. Sem falar que o quarto é super pequeno. :/"
