"Great house with plenty of room for your family. Quiet neighborhood, close to the airport and the water. Right next to the bridge to go to Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach. Great restaurants close by. Property manager very friendly and easy to get a hold of! I would definitely recommend this house to rent and I will stay here again the next time I am in town"

"House was very clean. Beds were real comfy. All appliances worked and were real clean clean. Only complaint was shortage of wash clothes and kitchen supplies. We bought some plates because there were only 3 small and 3 large. Not enough for even 2 meals. Couches were also very uncomfortable . Backs were very low and hard on neck "

"Even though we experienced the historic snowstorm during our visit… it didn’t hamper our stay at this beautiful beachfront home. Breathtaking views! We saw dolphins swimming by from the living room. Really can’t beat the location. The home was roomy and comfortable. I would love to come back but maybe not during a snowstorm next time. "

"Loved staying here, the owners provided a lot of extra things (beach toys, bikes, kayaks, firewood ). Loved that we could just walk out the back door to the water. Family loved being able to have a fire on the beach. Lots of great restaurants close by. We would stay again."

The area is walkable and 2 miles from dog beach but just a block away from the beach. Lots of restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again when we come back to town."

"Communication with management easy! Condo beautiful with up to date decor and furnishings. Ample cookware and dishes for our needs. Comfortable beds. Nice open floor plan so we could all do different activities, but stay within the same vicinity. Loved being able to sit on balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal. Opening the balcony doors to let air in and hear the waves made it even more enjoyable! Hated to leave!"

Only way to get into main house was from outside, which during a blizzard made it difficult with the steps. Nice outdoor furniture & places to gather but too cold to use.
