"Clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly! Room was nice and they had guest laundry and a good breakfast. Only slight knock was the bathroom was a little small but it still had a full size shower/tub combo and the sink and vanity was outside the bathroom. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"When we arrived the gentleman at the front desk was super nice he explained everything to us and where to go to eat. Everything was in walking distance, the room was clean and very nice. My husband and I will stay again"

"Great stay. We checked in late and there was no problem. Bed could have been a little firmer, but might be more of my personal preference. Liked the noon check out. Especially since we arrived late. Hot tub could have been a little hotter though. Friendly staff. Will stay again.👍"

"The property has such a cool aesthetic being dark and mysterious following an Alice in Wonderland style. Aside from the aesthetic of the building, it has great beds, spacious showers and bathrooms, and the amenities just meet every need at the highest level. I’ve stayed here at least 7 times and any time I’m in Omaha it’s my first choice. "

"This property was once a convention center, it is quite lovely. It is old and tired, but My room was clean as was the rest of the hotel that I walked through. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast is simple and Continental, but to expect a full breakfast with meat options at this price point is basically ridiculous. If I want a luxury stay with a full buffet breakfast, I will spend $100 more and go to a newer Holiday inn. I prefer to be a little spend thrifty and hit McDonald's down the road. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Parking was easy. People that are complaining about feeling unsafe here are more than likely uncomfortable around people that do not look like them. This hotel does have a multicultural clientele and staff, which I think makes certain people uncomfortable. I felt extremely safe and the price point is perfect for me."
