"Perfect sized house for a family of four, and a block away from downtown Bentonville. It's a short ride to the Slaughter Pen trail system, and has a garage for bike storage. "

"The walkability is top notch. You’re near everything. Hot tub was amazing! Plenty of space for everyone. Never felt crowded even with a large group. Really enjoyed everything except the WiFi. Signal was weak or nonexistent in some parts of the house. That’s the only negative that we experienced."
