Paul (sorry don't know his surname) stood out owing to his excellent communication and customer care skills. He should be treated as an asset to the organisation and asked to teach such skills at other venues too. Room was good too but a little suggestion regarding sliding doors, not the best as they always cause a little noise and slide open while in the middle of you busy doing some really important stuff!! Will plan to stay again soon. Thanks."
