"Attended for the Belgium Grand Prix, so appreciably busy, however parking could be better as struggled to find places and due to a lack of demarcation in the overflow carparks, people were parking everywhere, including on grassed areas. Rooms are clean, however in need of air conditioning as the far side of the hotel is glazed and the rooms were hot, despite a fan being provided. "We liked the use of new new with preserved properties. It did not clash with its surroundings. The restaurant had a good food and drink selection. Thee room was somewhat bare and had a dated look that needs to be spruced up to maintain its reputation."

"Lovely place to stay. Comfortable bed in a pretty room. Breakfast was great with home made jams and yoghurt and local honey. Nice quiet area and the great swimming pool set in the lush garden was really welcome on a warm day. "
