"Location and common dining areas were good.Giving it an Average rating - could have been excellent f the hallway carpets did not look dated. Further when booking a cab - we were given some pushy drivers trying to charge us the same price as big lux car and actually driving us in a small car. It is situate a very short walk from Charleroi central train and bus station. There are lifts to all floors and everybody is catered for here. "Been a while since I stayed here. First time since the lobby refurbished. Still good, great business option. Rooms compact but well designed. UK plug socket a nice bonus. €5 a night available towards drinks and snacks for not getting cleaning, good eco incentive with recycling available. Hot water, coffee, iron and microwave available in the hallway."

"Liked the hotel, only the breakfast it’s a bit complicate way to help yourself due the space where they placed food, and the isolate plastic as well that they cover everything, what is very hygienic, this is good, but maybe on busy time doesn’t need to cover all, to be easy for customer pic what they want. "The room was nice, but they gave me and the person ahead of me in the check-in line the wrong room, which was frustrating for both of us. I booked a superior room which two queen sized beds, but they initially gave us a room with just one bed. However, once I went back down they fixed it quickly which was appreciated. "

"Everything was good. Excellent service in the breakfast, the servers were amazing and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety, and the hotel in general was very elegant and nice. The smell in the hotel with the candles and the candy station was so nice and sweet for the season. The only thing I found is that some of the staff at the reception were kind of rude sometimes and sarcastic, but only some of the team the other part was amazing and very polite and helpful during check out. "
