"Firstly, the staff tried hard to rectify the problems and I can't fault their efforts. I booked this hotel due to a good British review giving a 10. However, it is nothing like the photos on the site. The first apartment we went into had drawer fronts all peeling off and was not clean. Not even a toilet roll.
