"We enjoyed our stay at Latitude 40. We were comfortable and close (less than 1 mile) to our venue. There were a number of choices for a place to eat, as well as a nearby grocery store. There were good kitchen facilities and adequate cooking supplies. The host had provided coffee and tea choices and 2 different coffee machines (including a Keurig for both coffee and tea). And the host provided a basket with a good selection of snacks. We would consider a return visit."

Only a few blocks from the beach and the hosts made sure we knew activities going on in the community. We felt very welcome and it was so peaceful and beautiful. "We chose this location as a convenient launching point for Lassen and the nearby area. Those plans changed when Lassen closed, but our stay at the Meyers Ranch House was perfect. The first day was smoke free. We hiked from the back door and spent time swimming and kayaking at the delightful swimming hole on the ranch. “Delightful” isn’t a fair description. "Nice rental inside the country club with access to recreational areas of the club. Great host, prompt responses and instructions. John also helped with shipping my keys I had left behind at the property during checkout. Property is as shown in the photos.
