"Pictures show great however, Floors were swept but filthy dirty as they turned white socks black very quickly.
Portable air conditioning unit for 9000sq ft does absolutely no good. Ad says AC
Ad states playground, which there is no playground at this location.
Many things in the house were broken -theatre seating, only 2 out of the 4 seats reclined, complete faucet on small sink in kitchen was not attached.
Shelf downstairs and pool cue rack falling off the wall
This property has seen a fair bit of abuse and very little to no maintenance."
