The staff members are very polite, and the check-in process is smooth and hassle-free. A special thanks to Staff Zhung Fu Cong, who took care of our floor. "I spent a restful night at this nicely appointed hotel near the airport. My quiet room overlooked the lake and I enjoyed watching planes land at regular intervals just outside my window. (Yes, it was quiet even with this!) The hotel provides shuttle service from Terminal 3, so I took an airport bus from Terminal 2 to 3 in order to use this convenient service. I also enjoyed the hotel’s breakfast buffet which offers a nice assortment of options. "
