The staffs are polite and they try to speak English though we have no problem to communicate in Chinese. Hotel is walkable from the metro station, but the metro station does not have lift and escalator so have to use the stairs. Location is near to Wangfujing Street, and some good eateries nearby to the hotel such as 紫光园，四季民福."

"Great stay at the Valley Wing. Staff very nice and helpful. General Liang is so thoughtful and kind. I was having my birthday and she even sent a cake to the room. The new airport sendoff service is a godsend. It includes a staff member at the airport carrying your luggage to the counter and helping you get the boarding pass. I’ll use that service next time I visit for airport pickup, too. The hotel is a little old. We all know that. But the staff and service at the Valley Wing sparkle. "
