"This was the perfect place to lay our heads for our time in Amsterdam. Very close to many different attractions and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Roy was so accommodating and welcoming. We only stayed two days, but it made it easy to see the city in our short time here. Would recommend to anyone. The apartment is two bedrooms, a shower, a toilet and a kitchenette. Plus the owner has a beautiful dog that he will introduce you to :) Thanks again Roy! You are a great asset to any traveler....

"We had a wonderful stay and this is must visit place to make your holiday even more comfortable. Owner is very friendly and down to earth. Rooms are very cozy and there is alot of space to keep your belongings. Vintage dutch 3 storey house that has luxurious designed living rooms, bedroom and kitchen. Worth every penny and it is located right on the canal with amazing views and just a 5 min walk from the nearest tram station. I would be visiting again hopefully soon. "

"This was a perfect little apartment just a short commute (1 Metro stop and a 10 minute walk) from Amsterdam Centraal Station. It's up 1 flight of stairs in a residential neighborhood but just down the street from several good restaurants/bakeries. "Absolutely incredible experience. The house is over 400 years old with all the amenities of a current modern home. The renovations that have been done are beautiful and maintain the feel of historic homes. And the location of the house is perfectly located for walking basically anywhere. "Really enjoyed our stay here. The room setup is cute and cozy. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. ingredients really fresh and well prepared. The property is a little out of the way but I enjoyed walking through the neighborhoods and seeing how locals live their lives. Also it is new and so everything is in excellent condition. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Look forward to staying here again. "

"Perfect location!! Everything is so convienent to get to and lots of shops and restaurants around. Beds are super comfy and the hotel is clean. The stairs are not steep like traditional Dutch/European stairs. There is a elevator so thats nice on check in/out days. The key policy is something we actually quite liked as it gave us a lot of peace and mind that the keys were safe and we didn't have a chance to lose it on our days out. We never had issues with having no one at the desk, there was always someone there or not too far away so we could grab our key to return to our room. There currently is construction out front and along the road however, we didn't find it inconvienent or noisy even though our room was facing the construction. Service has been great here with the morning and evening staff. Highly recommend staying in this historical hotel - one of our best stays so far."
