"It was easily accessible to Terminals 2 and 3. Never really have to go outside of the airport to walk to the hotel; just a short walk through the airport parking garage. The reception staff was very knowledgeable. I’d probably stay at this hotel again for a long layover. Bed was extremely comfortable. "

"This is our second time staying at Park International, and we just love it. It is perfectly located (close to Gloucester station and in a very walkable area) and the staff is always so helpful and kind. We also enjoy the Orchid Room breakfasts."

"We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this amazing hotel. The Cumberland is a great choice when visiting London especially if you are traveling with your kids. We reserved a junior suite which had a very comfortable pull out sofa already made up for our teenage daughter. The room was spacious and so very clean. The bathroom was amazing with modern decor and so warm! Honestly the best shower on our 2 week trip! It is a big hotel, but with real processes and trained staff in place to accommodate guests. There is such a great energy and vibe one feels as soon as you enter the property which was amazing and fun. Superb bar and nightly entertainment on lobby floor, amazing gym and conveniences to get food any hour of the night. Good security and the facilities are so updated and clean. This is an ideal location very close to Hyde Park and major attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff for your next trip to London "
