"Everything is great…….. great host "

"i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe...

"I usually do not leave reviews, but I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place in NYC that is close to Time square (a 2-block walk), and basically close to all the site seeing places, Broadway, restaurants, Rockafella Center, Empire State building, etc. The property is a typica small NYC apartment, so it is big enough for a couple, 3-4 adults, or a small family with 2 kids. The place was very clean, shower with hot and had great water pressure, kitchen with all yours needs...

"Amazing views! This a great condo to spend your time in NYC. Easy walking distance to Times Square and the subway. Has everything you need to cook and is very close to coffee shops and other restaurants. The best part, however, is the great city views both day and night. "

"This apartment was very easy to find, on the first floor, which made it super easy to get and out of, and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Location was super for walking wherever we wanted to go. And access to the subway was close enough to make even those sites farther away more accessible. Overall, an excellent stay, and we really appreciate this Location. "

"There were very minor adjustments to this stay needed (like the addition of washcloths), but it is clean, comfortable, and situated around AMAZING food, steps from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. It was exactly what we were looking for, came as advertised and the host was VERY responsive. Location, IMO, couldn’t be beat. I’d stay again. "

"This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. "

"This apartment is perfect for people looking to explore NYC, having a good place to sleep in a convenient location away from the city buzz. Amazing location in a good neighborhood, walking distance to a bus stop that drops you off at NY bus terminal. It’s no more than 30 minutes door to door. Astonishing view from NY skyline during most of the way. Hosts were amazing giving very detailed instructions for parking, public transportation, city activities, etc. Parking was just as described by...
