"We enjoyed our days in Beaucaire. We found lots to see and do locally. We walked over to the castle at Tarascon one day. We took the train to Avignon one day, and to Nimes another. Beaucaire itself has plenty of beautiful old buildings and interesting streets to explore. There are good places to eat. However, we did not need to eat out every day. "We stayed in July / August 2018. Family of 4 with 2 children aged 4 & 7. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. This was on the ground floor which was ideal for access to the pool. (I believe the 2 bedroom apartments were on the first floor) The view of the pool and the host's house was beautiful! The apartment was basic but comfortable. Very basic kitchen. "The property is delightful and had all we needed to make a fabulous relaxing holiday. The apartment is well appointed and spacious, and the air conditioning was a boon. The pool was great and Isabelle even organised a bit of a soirée with some of the other guests one evening. There is covered parking for the cars and the villa itself is very pretty with olive and lemon trees surrounding the pool. We thoroughly recommend the location and hope to be back!"
