"Everything was great except the lock on the community gate is pretty old so trying to work the key is tricky sometimes. Other than the everything was great and the owner was able to provide a late check out which was much appreciated."

"Used this place as our base to visit family. Easy to access and close to everything in Guaynabo. Clean but basic accommodations, washer leaked a bit and some lights and electrical outlets did not work but overall was a nice and comfortable property. "

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ great villa with a beautiful view . When we got there it was easy to get in the key is in a key box right outside the door Jay will send you a code prior to your arrival . Once you open the door the view is just breathtaking . We were there 6 adults and 3 kids and we all were comfortable . There’s 3 floors the 3 rd floor have a roof top patio it’s so cute 🌴teh kitchen is well stock with pots and pans coffee maker etc. Jay was wvery responsive when we had questions and text me back...
