"Check in and parking are a bit convoluted. You have to go to an office in town (with no parking to be found) to pick up the key. Then you have to drive around to (and find in a busy city) the entrance to the underground parking - which by the way is 26 euro PER DAY. After you negotiate all of that you have to walk about 3-4 minutes to actually get to the apartment. There is a wheel chair lift for bags to get to the 1st floor where there is an elevator to get you to the apartment. With all that...

"The location is good but it is very noisy at night. The bedding quality is not great and the bed confort either. In the summer it gets very hot to sleep and if you open the windows you hear sll the teens from the street"

"Close to the beach & a roomy apartment. We loved the nearby La Madame Restaurant! There was a coffee pot but no coffee, no paper towels & just one kitchen towel, and no extra toilet paper. There is also a leaky bathroom faucet that has discolored the wood behind the basin as well as the floor. It appears to have leaked for some time."

"Gorgeous and spacious flat located in old town and just steps away from Concha beach. Our group (5 adults) had plenty of room to spread out and loved having three full bathrooms. For three of the four bedrooms the closet space is incredible. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect. The only feedback was that our unit was missing a hairdryer. "A great apartment in a great location. Yes you can hear some street noise but it didn’t affect us at all. It’s a perfect spot to explore San Sebastián! Espe is a fantastic host and had clear communication from the booking to check in and out. I hope we’ll be back"

"Loved the location. Apartment was very modern and clean. Only problem is the third bedroom. It is behind the kitchen with one window that faces a strange walled in space where all floors hang their laundry. Not a great room. The front two bedrooms were excellent!! Comfortable beds and linens. Perfect for two couples to share or a family- kids may not mind the back room."
