"The location is quite pretty, but there were some issues with our dome that made the stay a bit difficult! Beginning with the first night, we got in super late. There was no power in the dome, but after messaging Leanne we found the power line outside and connected it to the dome. However the agent I called stayed on the phone with me until I got into the building safely. I see many people with a bad experience regarding deposit refunds. I got my full deposit back in the time frame the contract indicated. If you follow the rules you’ll have no issues getting the deposit refund. "
