"Great affordable lodging in Cranbrook. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed, shower, etc were comfortable. Microwave in the room was convenient. During my stay, the hot tub was out of order. It's dated and some damaged finishings but it's clean. Better than many large hotel chains. I like that the breakfast included is a credit at their restaurant - it's better than your average continental breakfast. "I recently stayed in a two-bedroom suite and had a great overall experience. The staff was fantastic—friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and the room was exceptional: spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family or group stay. While the cleanliness could have been a bit better in the kitchen and a few items were missing, it wasn’t a big deal and certainly not a deal breaker. "We arrived late and they had a shuttle which was very convenient. We left very early the next morning and used the shuttle again with a bagged lunch the driver had told us to ask for. Very comfortable room and bed and bedding. We will definitely use this place again!"

"Forced to provide ID for all my guests. This is not necessary and very unsafe to have to send in various ID via email. Property was aware that we were arriving late however did not make us aware that we would not be able to access lobby. Therefore locked out at 1130 pm upon arrival.
