"The room could have been cleaner (around the toilet, microwave, and the mirrors). I found what looked like a small camera on the TV base and when I disconnected it and took it to the front desk, I was told it was a TV sensor so the remote will work to change channels and adjust the volume. I was very unhappy with my stay. The sheets were clean, but very damp. Not sure if it was from the mattress...."

"I have to say this was the most disgusting property I have stayed at in some time. Since there were no other rooms available to stay for over an hour away from Peach Fest, we were compelled to stay in this filthy, squalid, unkempt, falling apart property. Cigarette burns in the bedclothes. Molding separating from walls, broken safe, broken falling to pieces furniture, and no maid service after four nights made this property one of the worst I have ever stayed at. A true zero-star hotel."

We had expected the lower rate to mean a small room without much comfort, but found the friendliness of the staff to go above and beyond what one would receive at ANY rated hotel. "My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed and was well stocked. It was a short walk to the lake area and heated pool, especially since we ended up with a cool, cloudy week, the kids enjoyed the heated pool. There were lots of lawn games and things to do in the community area. "
