"The Receptionist Friday W. was great. She answered all questions and gave suggestions when we needed something. She is exactly the type of employee I would want. She is also the kind of employee that will bring the company repeat business. Everything was clean. We felt very safe and comfortable. The light continental breakfast was more than sufficient. for us. Our stay was very pleasant and if in the area again we definitely will return to this hotel."

"Convenient for downtown Scranton. Not that Scranton is much of a destination city, and my wife and I were just stopping here halfway on a road trip to see family, with Scranton being decided because we're big fans of The Office -- which wasn't filmed here, but does use names and businesses etc that are real in Scranton, so it's still fun to go have a pint at Poor Richard's for instance. Didn't get to the Market at Steamtown -- fka the Steamtown Mall and referenced/visited in the show. Anyway, it's fun to check out The Office spots regardless, and we took a short walk in the city. The Hilton was a good spot, not a terrible price, and was clean and comfortable. If we decide to make Scranton a stopover again, we'd probably stay here again as well."
