We had expected the lower rate to mean a small room without much comfort, but found the friendliness of the staff to go above and beyond what one would receive at ANY rated hotel. Parking was plentiful and access to the condo unit was very easy up a short flight of stairs. The condo unit is very well maintained, very well furnished, and very clean.
