All in one we had excellent service and will definitely stay here again. The location of this hotel is fantastic. You can walk mostly everywhere. "Very good tourist hotel. Service and staff were marvelous. They worked hard to exceed service levels. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive. The only negative I have to offer about the property itself is the harsh direct lighting in the rooms. It would have been much better to have some table lamps for the night stands and the desk. The hotel is wedged between the redeveloped waterfront (good) and the hostelries and low-end shops catering to younger, less affluent travelers (not so great). The street it sits on looks as if it’s about to be redeveloped (also good). "

"I loved this hotel for a short stopover in AKL. It’s in a neighborhood close to the airport, but walkable to nice hikes and restaurants. There is a nice breakfast, restaurant and bar w a beautiful patio. Thanks to all for such good service!"
