"When we checked into the hotel on Monday, the front desk attendant(young African American female) (name possibly Christine) was having an issue with an disgruntled guest that felt that he had been charge twice for his room stay. The ordeal lasted almost 10 minutes. He was loud, animated and very dramatic. She remained professional and poised throughout the entire ordeal. She even took the time to print a copy of his bill to try to de escalate the situation. My husband and I stayed in the immediate vicinity just in case he got more hostile. After he finally left, she apologized to us and got us squared away. I commended her for her professionalism because I would have had him removed from the property for his poor and unacceptable behavior. "
