"Ricardo and his family were very welcoming. They made sure to text me and communicate with me on the instructions and expectations upon arrival. The grounds are just wonderful and the view of San Juan at night is impeccable. We are from Florida and this was our first time in Puerto Rico, and the family completely met our visions of how this vacation would go. Low score was due to several things that need attention in the property, as a host, I know how important is to have good attention to detail and make sure everything I am offering, works. "This condo had a fabulous, clean, bright vibe. My husband and I enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon naps on the balcony. We appreciated being able to follow the changing colors of the ocean. The ocean view can be seen from the sofa and kitchen bar as well! "It was a beautiful place. The staff was extremely nice. We did have a hiccup on the 1st 2 nights but over all a very nice establishment. Omar the engineer was out of this world. Ivy the manager was extremely accommodating. The front desk staff was courteous, and kind. I will go back. The rooms look just as the sight picture. The room was extremely clean. My husband was a commercial cleaner and this place was top notch. "
