"We really liked the location and were super excited to stay in Old San Juan for a few days but had no idea about “the stairs”. We had just come off of a 7 day cruise and had planned to stay but once we arrived, we saw “the stairs” and almost passed out. We have 4 pieces of luggage and there’s no elevator. Our room was on the top floor. We spoke to Omar (the manager) and decided we wouldn’t be able to stay. He was more than gracious and even refunded us our money for the 2 days we canceled. ...

"Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. "

"My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquátika Resort. Finding the location can be a little tricky, but once you arrive the atmosphere is secure and picturesque. "The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. "My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy.
