Also, a note that the apartment is up a fairly steep flight of stairs, which would be important know if someone has a disability. Four adults is stretching it for comfort, but doable. We really did enjoy our friends Christmas!"

"Very clean older home with lots of charm. It’s been updated nicely and we felt safe and comfortable. Great location too. My only rec would be to update pillows on the bed (glad I brought mine from home. Pillows were very thin and no support). But this is not a major deal at all. Shower is great and amenities are nice. "

"We loved the property - we were a little nervous about being noisy but ended up not having neighbors in downstairs. We walked all over Lake City and the weather was wonderful even though it rained on our way out. A/C worked perfectly, beds were very comfy. It was myself, my 15 year old son and his friend. We did a day of fishing with a guide on Lake Pepin and caught a trophy walleye on top of hitting our limit. We bowled at the small bowling alley in town and hit the farmers market and grocery...
