"This really is rural. It is in the middle of a forest down an unmade road 2 km to nearest village. It is a beautiful location. Host are generous and welcoming. "Beautiful country house with lovely architectural features inside and out surrounded by meadows and woods. Close to many other lovely Renaissance castles, romantic little towns and- of course - the Loire. Emmanuel and Virginie were extremely welcoming when we arrived at their holiday home even giving us home grown courgettes, tomatoes and potatoes - all delicious.
