"This really is rural. It is in the middle of a forest down an unmade road 2 km to nearest village. It is a beautiful location. Host are generous and welcoming. Emmanuel and Virginie were extremely welcoming when we arrived at their holiday home even giving us home grown courgettes, tomatoes and potatoes - all delicious. The property is made up of 3 houses (4 bed, 2 bed and another 4 bed) all within the same grounds along with a fantastic swimming pool, barbecue area, tennis court, pétanque pitch and huge grassed area. Close to many other lovely Renaissance castles, romantic little towns and- of course - the Loire.
